• Brian is very knowledgeable, skilled, dedicated, conscientious and a helpful caregiver and teammate.
• He is always striving to improve his knowledge base in order to provide optimal care for his patients.
• He shows excellent critical thinking skills and includes other team members input in his patient care decisions.
• His critical thinking skills peaked again during the past few weeks when he ran two codes in our facility with perfection and confidence as though he had been doing this for decades.
