Community Improvement Association at RMS looking for donations

“Our community is large and wildly diverse, which is at the same time our strength and our weakness. #Activate10 is a movement seeking to increase communication between individuals and organizations across Fremont County and to promote positive action in our communities.”

(Riverton, WY) – The Riverton Middle School Community Improvement Association is looking for donations for projects that they hope will support the Riverton community.

The 7th graders have worked very hard to study the needs of the community, and created steps for potential solutions. Now they just need a little help.

Items needed are: canned goods (other non-perishable food items as well), plastic grocery bags, spray paint for the upcoming Fast and Furriest 5K event, items requested on the PAWS for Life wish list, gently used or new books (children’s up to Young Adult), cans of paint to cover graffiti, cookie ingredients/cookie jars and containers, and painting supplies.

Items will be accepted from now until May 26th, and can be dropped off at the RMS front desk during normal business hours.
