Job Description:

As a Board Member, you will be responsible for providing guidance, governance, fiscal and policy oversight, and selecting, evaluating and supporting the CEO and Board performance. In addition to these responsibilities, as a CHCCW Board of Director, you will uphold the Mission of the organization “…to provide affordable and high-quality patient care with a comprehensive range of health care services for residents of Central Wyoming, regardless of income, treating all patients with compassion, dignity, and respect.”

The requirements of our Board Members include attending the monthly meetings. We generally schedule meetings the last Monday of the month at 5:30 p.m. CHCCW covers all travel costs, including the hotel. If you are unable to attend in person, due to weather conditions or personal, we will either Skype, Zoom or conference call.
