Community Health Centers of Central Wyoming (CHCCW) is excited to announce their move from the current locations at 2002 W. Sunset Dr. and pediatrics at 704 E. Fremont Ave. to the new location at 1035 Rose Lane in Riverton! We will be at our new location on Monday, August 3, 2020.
Important Appointment Information: All appointments from Thursday, July 30th through Monday, August 3rd will be via Telehealth. This will allow time for the clinic to move while still providing you with care from our dedicated providers.
