(Fremont County, WY) – The Fremont County Commissioners convened for their regular meeting on Tuesday, February 8th. Below is the news report from the office of the Commissioners.
A magnesium chloride supply agreement between Fremont County Government and Desert Mountain Corporation was approved for the delivery of magnesium chloride dust suppressant to county storage facilities in Dubois, Lander, Lysite and Riverton with funding through a congestion mitigation air quality grant.
The vehicle maintenance superintendent was given the approval to offer a journey-level mechanic position to a selected candidate, not to exceed $50,500 contingent on a background check.
The commissioners approved relisting the county building at 322 N. 8th W Street in Riverton with ReMAX of Riverton once the current contract expires.
