Timmy Packard was a young man that loved diesel mechanics, spending time with his friends and family, and had a passion for riding bulls. In 2017, Timmy took his own life one week after getting his head stepped on by a bull.
The Timmy Challenge is a non-profit rodeo that exists to help raise suicide awareness, and let these bull riders know that they are not alone. Through your support, they will be able to provide resources to these young men that will help educate them on proper riding gear and how to see the warning signs of a fellow rider struggling with their mental health.

Last year’s Timmy Challenge brought youth bull riders from across the Rocky Mountain region to Riverton during the 2020 Fremont County Fair. Suicide awareness and prevention messages were presented throughout the night, including the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline: 1-800-273-8255.
The Timmy Challenge will be in the Grand Arena at the Fremont County Fair on Thursday, August 5th at 7:00 pm. You don’t want to miss this exciting event. Come support these bull riders and enjoy the edge-of-your-seat action!
