The Fremont County Sheriff’s Office released information today, September 8th, that a 35-year-old Colorado woman “fell while descending Pingora Peak” in the Cirque of the Towers on Saturday, September 5th.
She succumbed to her injuries and died at the scene, according to the FCSO.
The incident remains under investigation with the FCSO and the Fremont County Coroners Office.
