Cold front moves in late Thursday; Heatwave returns Sunday

(Fremont County, WY) – Temps dip a little Thursday as a cold front moves in bringing strong winds as well as scattered showers and thunderstorms this afternoon, according to the latest update from the National Weather Service in Riverton.

Peak wind gusts across the 10 range from 41-60 mph today. The eastern portion of the county is expected to have the strongest winds.

The cold front keeps temps cooler through Friday, but don’t worry it moves along making way for possible triple-digit temps again starting Sunday.
