Coffee Time: LOR Foundation, Lander Spay and Neuter fill us in on efforts to curb Lander’s feral cat issue

(Lander, WY) – 1330 KOVE AM / 107.7 FM’s Coffee Time host Vince Tropea recently chatted with Michelle Escudero from the LOR Foundation, who brought along Lannie Hamilton from Lander Spay and Neuter.

Hamilton is a long time Lander resident and local veterinarian who has spent years taking care of Lander pets and farm and ranch animals, and she has also been working non-stop to address Lander’s feral cat overpopulation problem with a Trap-Neuter-Return Program.

Hamilton gave us the details on the program, how serious the overpopulation problem can get over time, and what it’s like to do a live trapping, which you can view in the LOR Foundation video below.

Assisting Lander Spay and Neuter is one of the LOR Foundation’s many endeavors, which Escudero also details in the interview as well.

Check out the full interview with Lannie and Michelle below, which us also lets listeners know how they can help in their efforts.
