Coffee Time: Local pastor, educator swam 1000 laps, raised over $1000 for charity

(Lander, WY) – 1330 KOVE AM / 107.7 FM’s Coffee Time host Vince Tropea sat down with local pastor and educator Todd Pettibone, who recently accomplished an amazing feat to raise money for two charitable organizations.

Pettibone, a Life Skills Paraprofessional at Lander Middle School and pastor at The Orchards Church, swam 1,000 laps from September to December of 2021, despite having never swam a lap in his life.

Pettibone shared his story about why he decided to raise the money, how important his faith was in times of struggle, and made sure to give shout outs to some of the folks who helped along the way, swimming beside him to raise even more money.
