(Lander, WY) – 1330 KOVE AM / 107.7 FM’s Coffee Time host Vince Tropea sat down with local musician Rob Weimann today, who was recently one of the Wyoming musicians chosen for production company Western AF’s 307 Days music video series.
Weimann, who was the 2019 Wyoming Singer Songwriter winner and 2021 second place winner, was chosen out of a pool of Wyoming musicians to produce a music video for Western AF, along with local musician and Coffee Time regular Christian Wallowing Bull.
Weimann’s song chosen for the series is “Swing,” which is available below.
Weimann shared what it was like shooting a music video, the importance of mixing truth and fiction in the songwriting process, and how music can be a gateway to connecting to one’s roots.
