Christopher Alan Kidder, age 54, passed away August 11, 2020 in Riverton, Wyoming. He was born in Cypress, CA as the youngest son to Ken Kidder and Arlene Heppner .
When he was two, the family moved to Long Beach, California. There Chris attended elementary, middle, and high school. Throughout his growing up years he loved music and science fiction movies. After his parents divorced, Chris moved with his mother to Anaheim and Palm Desert, California. Chris enjoyed working the night shift in the Lucky Supermarket bakery. In 1995 he moved to Lander, Wyoming to be closer to his father and subsequently moved to Fremont Counseling Housing in Lander where he lived until 2019.
For the last year of his life Chris lived at Wind River Rehab and Wellness Center.
He will be remembered for his love of cooking and enjoyment of tinkering with his vehicle.
Chris was preceded in death by his mother and father. He is survived by his older brother Brian Kidder, and his step mother Maia Rose.
A memorial service for Chris Kidder and his deceased father, Ken Kidder will be held in the summer of 2021. Details will be posted at a later date.
