The National Weather Service office in Riverton suggests that if you’ve got outdoor plans this weekend, you should consider warm clothes.
Friday may be the warmest day in the next 5 for the Riverton and Lander area, reaching high temperatures in the mid-40’s.
Weekend temps will reach the low 40’s Saturday and mid 30’s on Sunday. Snow chances for Saturday evening are about 40% in Lander and 20% in Riverton. Sunday night both areas have a 20% chance of flurries.
Dubois will remain cooler than most Fremont County areas, with temperatures struggling to reach the freezing mark Saturday, and staying in the mid 20’s Sunday. Dubois has a chance of snowfall Friday and Saturday night, but their best shot at accumulation appears to be Sunday.
