8:00 p.m. update: Cheyenne Police have confirmed they have located the missing child and he is safe.
(Cheyenne, WY) – The Cheyenne Police Department has released information regarding a missing child.
Careen Havens was last seen near Goins Elementary School in Cheyenne Monday. He is 4’08 with blonde hair and hazel eyes.
