Community Entry Services postponing Dancing With The Stars until 2022

This Public Notice has been paid for by CES

The annual CES fundraiser Dancing With the Stars has been postponed for yet another year due to the COVID pandemic. This popular event has been produced to benefit the many programs associated with Community Entry Services in Lander, Riverton and Jackson.

Community Entry Services is dedicated to empowering people with developmental disabilities and acquired brain injuries to maximize independence and lead satisfying and successful lives in their communities.

Community volunteers partner up and with the assistance of dance coaches, choreograph, and prepare two dance routines that are performed before celebrity judges and a live audience. The audience participates in voting for their favorite team (s) which will be awarded the People’s Choice Award.

The evening generally consists of great fun, food, live entertainment, music and community support. The monies raised through tickets sponsorships and votes go toward direct services for the 200 clients served by CES.

Plans are underway for the 2022 event which will take place in the spring with the date yet to be determined. Please stay tuned for further announcements regarding the “Return” of Dancing with the Stars Lander/Riverton!
