    Central Wyoming College cross country team kicks off season with a pair of succesful races

    Central Wyoming College has released a short press statement about the kickoff to the 2018 cross country season:

    After a great start last week at Southeast Community College where both the men’s and women’s cross country teams placed first they headed to Chadron, Nebraska to compete against Chadron State and South Dakota School of the Mines.  Both men and women finished third with individual places of Brayden Kovick11thParker Jones 12thLukas Mathews 18thJared White 26th and Florenzo Bauer 29th.   On the women’s team Paige Flock finished 13thJessilyn Monahan 14thSienna Schuler 15th and Kirsten Knezovich 16th.

    Coach Lara was pleased with the meet as the team is working hard and competing well. The Rustlers will travel to Hastings, Nebraska on September 15th to compete in the Greeno/Dirksen Invitational.
