    Central falls to Casper; Takes on LCCC tomorrow

    CWC hosted Casper College Saturday, March 6th. Central started off strong in the first half, keeping a decent lead until later in the half where they began to fall behind, unfortunately ending the first half down 39-48. In the second half the Rustlers could not catch the lead again, and ultimately fell to Casper College, 88-106. After this game, Central is now at a 1-3 conference record and an overall 2-10 record. 

    Offensively, freshman, A’Jahni Levias was the leading scorer, contributing 20 points to Central, followed by sophomore Abdi Dahir who scored 14 points vs Casper College. Defensively, freshman Jack Chlumak had five total rebounds, all of which were defensive rebounds. 

    Up Next: The Rustlers will travel to Cheyenne, WY on Wednesday, March 10th to face Laramie County CC. Tip-off is scheduled for 7:30 PM MST. Catch the action here.
