On Veterans Day (Monday, Nov. 11), from 2:00 – 3:00 pm, CWC will celebrate the opening of the Veterans Valor Room. This dedicated space provides student-veterans and their families a refuge from the stress and high activity of college, is a place where veterans can connect with their brother and sister warriors, and find resources, referrals, and support.
Join President Tyndall and CWC’s student-veterans in inaugurating this space and honoring those who have served and sacrificed for the greater good and our nation. President Tyndall will be speaking and Army Veteran, Eastern Shoshone and longtime CWC counselor, Scott Ratliff will share his experiences and bless the Valor Room with a cedaring.

In addition, the United Tribes Club will be “Honoring Veterans” on Thursday, Nov. 14 from 4:00 – 8:00 pm at the Central Wyoming College Intertribal Center (ITECC 116 and in the lobby).
There will be a Cedaring Ceremony followed by story sharing and honoring veterans. Open to all. All veterans are invited.
Visit the spectacular wall of veteran’s photos, honoring those from our home who have served; our fathers, mothers, brothers, sisters, sons, daughters, and friends.
