Break out your favorite scarf and boots for this weekend’s Harvest Party
This message is brought to you by Wyoming Community Bank, proud supporters of your local farmers markets.
The Lander Valley Farmers Market is celebrating a bountiful growing season with a Harvest Party at their last outdoor market, October 14th from 9am to noon at City Park.
Dozens of local vendors will be selling autumn produce, pumpkins, homemade bread and pastries, artisanal cheese, jams and relishes, locally raised meat, coffee, kombucha, soap, jewelry and more.
The Low Water String Band will entertain the crowd, and there will be raffles, games, and free activities for the kids.
Over the 2017 summer season the Lander Valley Farmers Market has hosted over 80 vendors, from neighbors selling tomatoes and peppers from their backyards, to up-and-coming small businesses gearing up for bigger things. When you shop at the farmers market your dollars stay in Fremont County, so you help make your community stronger while you enjoy high-quality local products!
On October 21st the market will move indoors to 555 E. Main St. – on “The Hill” – at the old Fremont Ford building which is also the site of the coming Fremont Regional Sports and Recreational Complex.
The Lander Valley Farmers Market would like to thank Paul and Carrie Guschewsky of AcuHealth Acupuncture for allowing them to use this space! The LVFM Winter Market will be open Saturdays from 1-3pm. Check their Facebook page for weekly updates on vendors and offerings.
