(Fremont County, WY) – Much of the Wind River Basin is expected to have below zero temperatures in the double-digits Thursday morning, according to the latest update from the National Weather Service in Riverton.
“These are actual forecast temperatures – much of the area will see wind chills 20 to 30 below zero.”
