Be prepared for any emergency situation with CPR and First Aid courses

You never know when you’ll be present in an emergency situation. It can happen when you least expect it and depending on where you are, in a rural community, emergency medical services could be more than 15 minutes away. Some people won’t have that kind of time.

Instead of feeling helpless, you could be applying CPR or basic First Aid until help arrives. While CPR and First Aid are excellent for everyone, this training is especially recommended for parents, babysitters, teachers, and employers.

This year, get certified in one or both through SageWest Health Care!
