Meet Pam Hubenka!
October 3, 36 years ago, Pam Hubenka began her career with Bailey’s as a clerk at Pit Stop. Today Pam is the Human Resources Manager. Pam has had many roles during her Bailey’s career, but HR is her absolute favorite.
Pam is truly a people person and you can often find past employees taking time out of their busy lives to stop by to simply say hello. This truly touches her.
To know that after years, days, or months away, people still think enough of me to stop in and say hello truly touches me.
Gene Richardson, a co-worker for over 23 years says, “Pam is one of the nicest people I have ever met. She always has a smile and a kind word for everyone. Pam loves her job and it shows.”
Pam is the creative genius and master planner behind the many fun company appreciation dinners that Bailey’s put on every year. She loves to have fun and it shows!
Here’s a FUN fact. Pam is also the reason that the “flash witch dance” has happened in Riverton for the past few years.
