Bailey Enterprises value their employees!
Meet Lois Pate – Store Coordinator
Lois Pate began her 14th year with Bailey Enterprises this September. She has worked in all aspects of the Pit Stop Travel Centers, starting as a clerk, to manager, to store coordinator assistant, to her current position as Store Coordinator. Lois is responsible for the oversight of all stores, both in Fremont and Park County. She enjoys working with the store employees, still waiting on customers when she is on-site, and working with the vendors.
Lois states, “I continuously keep in touch with the vendors to be sure that our stores have products that appeal to our customers. This industry is constantly changing, so I work closely with vendors, employees, and our consumers to keep our stores stocked with the products that our communities want and/or need. This is my favorite part of the job – providing customer service to our store employees, vendors, and our customers.”
As store coordinator, she has to travel quite a bit, and when asked how she juggles both her career and family, she said ” Balancing is all about the ability to bend. Working at Bailey’s it’s easy to blend family and career because Mike Bailey and his management team values the importance of family and the culture at Bailey’s is to support the employees and their families. I recently had a family emergency and during this time, Mike was very supportive and understanding. That is why I work for this company. Mike Bailey truly appreciates and values his employees in both their careers and their personal life.”
When Lois is not at work you will find her enjoying a variety of outdoor adventures with her family.
