Bailey Enterprises value their employees!
Meet Kassie Holdren!
Kassie Holdren started working for Mike and Ron when she was eleven. In that time, she has held many positions at Bailey’s.
“I have shredded paper, inked printer ribbons, filed, worked in the office, the old tire shop as a cashier, at all of the Pit Stops as a cashier, the new tire shop in the shop, as a cashier, a service writer, parts manager, shop foreman, and have been the general manager for 10 years,” stated Kassie.
Kassie would tell new employees to work hard and love what they do and have fun doing it.
She loves helping people, solving problems, making customers happy, and creating lifelong customers. This is part of the reason she loves her job at Bailey’s and has stayed a part of the Bailey family for so many years. Kassie saw a need in our community and was instrumental in bringing Priceless Car and Truck Rental, 2 Rent it all, and Grizzly Equipment to the Bailey Enterprises, Inc family of businesses.
Kassie is a hardworking individual and her commitment to her customers shines through in everything she does. Kassie’s sense of humor, dedication to her career, and willingness to help in times of chaos make her not only a pleasure to work with, but someone you can count on. – BJ Dodge, a fellow Bailey Enterprises, Inc. “I have learned a lot from the family environment at Bailey’s. I basically have grown up here. I have learned who I am, who I want to be, and how I want to raise my children. I believe that with determination and lots of hard work and sweat equity, you can achieve anything in life that you want,” Holdren said. “Mike has been a wonderful role model and his wisdom and guidance helped to mold me into the hard-working person I am today. I am learning new things from him daily.”
Tell us a little about yourself:
I have an amazing husband, Joe, who pushes me to be better and supports me in achieving the goals that I set. Without his support, I would not be where I am today. We have 3 beautiful and amazing children, Kadin 10, Braxton 4, and Brooklynn 7 months.
In addition to my many roles at Bailey Enterprises, I strongly support our local community. I hold the position of secretary on the Fremont County Fair Board, I am the Vice President of Trash Panda Travel Baseball, and the Registrar for the Riverton Ice Hockey Association, and I am on the Wyoming Trucking Association of Safety Supervisors. I believe in supporting our local businesses and community.
I balance everything one day at a time between family and work.
