Meet Monalisa Haynes!


What year did you begin your career with Bailey Enterprises?

I began my career with Baileys on October 15, 2015.

What advice do you have for a prospective Bailey’s employee?

For any prospective Bailey’s employee, my advice would be to always give 110%. Always keep a friendly smile and treat your fellow employees with respect. Never to be afraid to ask questions. The more you know and are willing to learn, the more doors are open for opportunities.

What 3 words would you use to describe Bailey’s?

Three words to describe Bailey’s would be satisfaction, growth and involved.

What aspect of your manager role do you enjoy the most?

Satisfying our customers is our number one priority always. Working with Bailey’s, I first-hand have seen the possibility of growing with the company. Bailey’s is a company that is very involved in each employee as well as the community. I love all aspects of my role in this great company.

Tell us about yourself and your family.

I moved to Riverton in 2004. I met my husband, Zachary Haynes in 2011 and together we have 5 wonderful kids. We enjoy our time together during the summer making trips to the park, movies, and swimming. During the winter we enjoy sledding.
