    Bailey’s Employee Spotlight: Goodbye Bobbie!

Employee Spotlight – Bobbie Jo Carlton

    Bailey Enterprises value their employees!

This month the spotlight is on Bobbie Jo Carlton who is sadly leaving to move back home.

During her time at Bailey Enterprises, Bobbie worked her way up from Pit Stop clerk to Accounts Receivable/HR Assistant.

    Let’s get to know Bobbie!

“I was born in 1971 and raised in lil ol Jefferson, Ohio. Went to high school in Paradise Valley Arizona 9th, 10th and 11th grade and returned to Ohio for my senior year. I gave birth to my son, Brandon in 1996, my son is an important part of my life and also one of my best friends. I married the love of my life, Marty in 2018. I love kickboxing, kayaking, fishing, site seeing, camping, theater (musicals and plays), concerts, and trying out different restaurants. I mostly love being with my family and pets and chilling at the lake watching the sunset. Moved to Riverton 2 years ago and love it and the people… but really miss home and my family, so we are returning there the first week of June. Marty and I just bought our first home together and are excited to embark on this new adventure!”

    • What will you miss most about your job here?

I will miss the people the most, and the fact that I can be my weird goofy self and most people are accepting of it.

    • What was your favorite part of the job?

My favorite part of the job is the Accounts Receivable position and I loved making gift baskets also. Oh and the witch dance of course!

    • How did you feel when you were offered a promotion from Pit Stop clerk to Accounts Receivable/HR Assistant?

I was very excited. When I applied I had hoped to get into the office eventually because of past experience. I love working with numbers. 🙂

    • Tell us why you loved working for Bailey’s. What is it like?

I loved working for Baileys mostly because of the people. I felt like family here and that means a lot to me in a workplace. It was fun, upbeat most of the time and I will really miss everyone.
