    Employee Spotlight

    Bailey Enterprises value their employees!

    Meet Eric Erickson!

Eric began his Bailey’s career as a mechanic, where he was responsible for service calls, and he also drove a fuel truck. Eric was one of the first employees to be able to work in the new shop when it opened here in Riverton. Eric is known as the “parts man” and he is currently the Bailey Tire and Auto Parts Manager at the Riverton Location.

When asked about what Eric likes most about his position at Bailey’s, Eric had this to share, “I enjoy the challenges that come from working in a career that is very fast-paced and the great people I get to work with.”

When we asked Eric to share one important piece of advice to a new employee he shared “show up to work willing to hustle and learn, but most importantly he said, take pride in the work you do!”

Tell us a little about yourself.

I live in Riverton with my wife Amy and our 3 Great Danes: Brokk, Zoey, and Ty. I’m lucky to have a blended family of 6 children and 15 grandchildren. My hobbies include giving everyone a good scare in the Burb 4-wheeling and taking it places that most would not. I love camping, hunting, sea fishing with my boys in Washington, Sunday family dinners with my family that are here, and spending time with close friends.

What are 5 things people may not know about you?

I love John Wayne movies and old Jeep trucks. My favorite memory would be me letting the air out of my dad Willy’s Jeep pickup. He would have to take it to the service station for air and we could all go for a fun ride in it.
