(a) Ordinance 1235, An Ordinance Fixing and Determining the Mill Levy Necessary to be Levied to Raise Sufficient Money by General Tax to Meet the Current Expenses of the City of Lander for the Fiscal Year Commencing July 1, 2020

(a) Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment One to Project Agreement Lander Storage Tanks and Pump Station 2019 Project
(b) Authorize the Mayor to sign letter of support to move forward on Water Development Level 2 and 3 studies
(c) Authorize the Mayor to sign MOU with LOTRA
(d) Authorize the Mayor to sign Lease agreement with LOTRA
(e) Authorize the Mayor to terminate the previous lease with Fremont County School District and sign a new Lease agreement with School District Number 1 for a term of five (5) years.
