The Fremont County Sheriff’s Office has issued an “Amber Alert” to assist in locating four children who were taken from DFS Custody on or around April 5, 2020.

The Fremont County Sheriff’s Office learned today that on or around April 5th 2020, 30-year-old Stacia R. Potter (AKA Stacia Norris) illegally took her four children from a home where they had been placed by Tribal DFS after protective custody had been taken by Law Enforcement.

The children are identified as Xavier Potter (YOB: 2005), Raelee Potter (YOB: 2008), Divine Potter (YOB: 2013) and David Villescas Jr (YOB: 2014). The destination and intentions of Stacia Potter are unknown but suspicious circumstances indicate that the children could be in danger.

Stacia Potter is believed to be traveling in a dark Grey 2019 Dodge truck with temporary tag #009-0454 possibly pulling a camper trailer. Anyone who sees this vehicle, or any of the children, is urged not to confront Stacia Potter but to immediately contact Law Enforcement authorities.
