The Fremont County Association of Governments is looking forward to receiving Community Services Block Grant funds for the benefit of the low-income of Fremont County and the Eastern Shoshone Tribe. These funds are allocated to Fremont County and the Eastern Shoshone Tribe by the State of Wyoming Department of Health.

The Fremont County Association of Governments oversees the award to agencies and monitors the funds. As a prerequisite to receiving these funds, the Fremont County Association of Governments must complete a Community Needs Assessment every three years. The community’s participation in the 2021 Community Needs Assessment is essential. Without the community’s participation, the Fremont County Association of Governments will be unable to adequately meet the needs of the low-income in Fremont County and the Eastern Shoshone Tribe.
