The National Weather Service Riverton and the Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality have issued an air quality alert this afternoon for all of Fremont County, and the majority of Wyoming.
This is the second day of smoke moving into Wyoming from the numerous western wildfires. The “smoky conditions may persist until at least Monday morning,” according to the NWSR statement. Their full alert is shared below
