Air Quality Alert extended through Sunday afternoon

(Fremont County, WY) – The Air Quality Alert issued yesterday by the Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality has been extended through at least 1 PM tomorrow, Sunday, July 25th.

Wildfire smoke from California and surrounding states will continue to impact Wyoming, with Fremont County areas being especially affected.

Young children, older adults and those with pre-existing heart and lung conditions, including asthma or heart or lung disease, are particularly at risk. Limit your outdoor activities, especially prolonged and vigorous activity.
