Our community is large and wildly diverse, which is at the same time our strength and our weakness. #Activate10 is a movement seeking to increase communication between individuals and organizations across Fremont County and to promote positive action in our communities.
Saturday, January 18th, from 5:00 pm – 9:00 pm will be the ‘The Pepper Family Benefit’ to raise money for the family of Todd and Cambrie Pepper whose lives were lost in a house fire on December 19th.
The benefit will be at the Fremont Center located at 1010 Fairgrounds Drive in Riverton and includes: dinner, desserts, music, silent auction, and fire safety education. Tickets are $15 per person or $50 for a family of four. They can be purchased online – individual only or in-person at Brown Co. Riverton, Central Bank & Trust – Riverton Branch, Fremont Auto Reconditioning, and Studio 402.
Silent auction items are currently being collected, organizer Brigett Bunker shared. Items can be dropped off at any of the businesses listed above where tickets are available for purchase before January 17th. If you have any questions about donating a silent auction item, Brigett asks you to send a message through ‘The Pepper Family Benefit’ Facebook page.
If you cannot make the benefit but would like to make a monetary donation to the family, you can do so at any of the three Atlantic City Federal Credit Union (ACFCU) locations. The account number is 201907021 and under the name Brigett Bunker-Todd Pepper & Family.
The most up-to-date information about the benefit can be found on the ‘The Pepper Family Benefit’ Facebook page.
