#Activate10: Riverton Search & Rescue fundraiser happening August 28th

“Our community is large and wildly diverse, which is at the same time our strength and our weakness. #Activate10 is a movement seeking to increase communication between individuals and organizations across Fremont County and to promote positive action in our communities.”

(Riverton, WY) – The Riverton Search & Rescue (RSAR) hosts one fundraiser every year to raise money for much-needed equipment and training to continue serving those in their time of need. Instead of their annual carp shoot, this year the all-volunteer organization is hosting a banquet dinner.

The RSAR Get Lost Banquet will include dinner and a silent auction. The evening is planned for Saturday, August 28th in the Fremont Center at the Fairgrounds and begins at 5:30 pm.

Tickets are $30 per person and corporate tables are also available. Corporate tables include reserved seating for 8, waitstaff to serve your dinner, complimentary wine and custom Search and Rescue wine glasses, gift bags, as well as advertising.

Dinner is catered by Bunks BBQ and both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages will be available. Silent auction items currently range from gift certificates to helicopter rides – items are still being accepted.

If you would like to donate silent auction items, discuss the corporate tables, or if you have any questions, please contact any member of the RSAR. Jeremy Hanson can be reached at 307-840-4710 or Shenah Bartlett at 307-709-5414. Messages can also be sent through the Riverton Search & Rescue Facebook page.
