8 former Wyoming Cowboys suited up for NFL teams this week; Here’s how they did

    Three former Cowboys started for their respective teams in week two of the 2019 National Football League season.

    Quarterback Josh Allen, led the Buffalo Bills to the team’s second win of the season. Allen went 19-for-30 with 253 passing yards, throwing for one score and rushing for another. Allen scampered six yards to the corner of the end zone for the Bills first TD of the game, while his 14-yard TD pass to TJ Jones put Buffalo up 21-7 heading into halftime.

    Texans safety Tashaun Gipson, made his second start of the season in the secondary. Gipson recorded five solo tackled and recorded one hit on the QB in Houston’s 13-12 win over Jacksonville,


    Chase Roullier, the 2017 sixth-round draft pick of the Washington Redskins, made his 18th consecutive start dating back to last season.

    Tashaun Gipson, S, Houston Texans (W, 13-12) – Made his second start of the season. 5 tackles and one hit on the QB.

    Brian Hill, RB, Atlanta Falcons, (W, 24-20) – Did not play.

    Mark Nzeocha, LB, San Francisco 49ers, (W, 41-17) – Did not record any stats.


    Mike Purcell, DT, Denver Broncos, (L, 14-16) – Did not play.

    Chase Roullier, C, Washington Redskins, (L, 21-31) – Started his 18th game in a row dating back to last season.

    Andrew Wingard, S, Jacksonville Jaguars, (L, 12-13) – Did not record any stats.
