(Lander, WY) – The 40 Days for Life campaign will be held in Lander on the SW corner of 2nd and Main Street starting on September 22nd and going through October 31st.
“On September 22, the highly successful 40 Days for Life campaign returns to Lander with 40 days of prayer and fasting, peaceful vigil and community outreach,” said Karen Wetzel who is coordinating the local campaign. “We pray that these efforts will help mark the beginning of the end of abortion in Fremont County.
This is the second year for the campaign to take place in Lander and the only place in Wyoming, according to the website.
“All prayer vigil participants are asked to sign a statement of peace, pledging to conduct themselves in a Christ-like manner at all times,” stated organizers.
