    34-year-old Fremont County resident facing one count involving methamphetamine

    All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

    Garland Judd, 34, of Fremont County, is facing one count conspiracy to deliver methamphetamine.

    The charges are related to an investigation by the Wyoming Division of Criminal Investigation (DCI) between September 1st, 2018 and November 30th, 2018. Judd had his preliminary hearing on August 7th, 2019. The case is being transferred to District Court for arraignment.

    Court documents describe several text messages between Judd and Christopher Nelson. Those text message conversations allegedly conclude Judd conspired to deliver methamphetamine in Fremont County. A confidential informant also reported Nelson “had made approximately two or three more previous deliveries to Judd.” This is allegedly in addition to the text message conversations that happened between September 1st, 2018 to November 30th, 2018.

    Judd is being charged with:

    • One count conspiracy to deliver methamphetamine (felony) has a maximum penalty of imprisonment for not more than 20 years, a fine of not more than $25,000 or both.
