You must have administrative experience. We believe in working hard for our clients so a strong work ethic is required. The ideal candidate is client centric, positive, dependable, well-organized and eager to learn new skills. The position requires excellent interpersonal skills and phone demeanor, the ability to deliver exceptional client service and a genuine interest in helping people. Must also be very detail-oriented, technologically literate, exceptional with multi-tasking, and able to work independently with little supervision. Must have excellent follow-through and be a self-starter.

Responsibilities include:

  • As the face and voice of the firm, greet clients, vendors and others in a pleasant and efficient manner both in person and over the phone;
  • Prepare and process client paperwork accurately and in a timely manner;
  • Assist with daily transactions including money movement, account maintenance, electronic filing, document uploading and other projects as needed;
  • Assist with marketing initiatives including client gifts, birthday cards, mailings, and website updates when necessary.
