(Riverton, WY) – The 2022 Fremont County Start-Up Challenge final pitch night is set to take place on Thursday, May 12th at 5:30 pm in Room #100 of the Health and Sciences Center on the campus of Central Wyoming College in Riverton. Doors open at 5:00 pm and the event is open to the public.
There will be a reception to follow at the Brunton/County 10 building right next door, where the winners will be announced and refreshments will be provided.
County 10 is featuring each of the four finalists and the first up is Dallin Cooper, co-founder of Ugly Chews. Below is more about this business.
“The company was born out of the founders seeing all the animal byproducts that were thrown out in Fremont County and realizing how much was being wasted. Dallin and his father Steve decided to take matters into their own hands by creating Ugly Chews. These all-natural beef hide dog chews are manufactured in Riverton and have developed a strong customer following in the few months the business has been operational. Ugly Chews is not Dallin’s first attempt at entrepreneurship. As a student at the University of Wyoming, Dallin was named a winner of the Ellbogen start-up competition with his Atmosphere Marketing company.”
