The driver then steered the truck to the left, and the vehicle began to overturn.

The WHP preliminary report goes on to state the vehicle then vaulted over a private driveway access, and started an end-over-end roll when it landed, causing large gouge marks in the barrow pit.

During this end-over-end roll, Brenner was ejected from the vehicle, and succumbed to his injuries at the scene of the crash.

Driver fatigue is being investigated as a potential contributing factor, and the release states Brenner was not wearing a seatbelt.
