#10Life: The sidewalk is lava, hopscotch, and more popping up in downtown Lander

#10life is County 10 series to share and celebrate everything that’s great about local life in Fremont County, brought to you by RE/MAX All-Star, Realtors.

Have you noticed the interactive public art going up on Lander’s Main Street? Hopscotch, Sidewalk is Lava and (in progress) Mirror Me plus a smile-inducing joke. All colorfully painted on the sidewalks between 1st and 4th Streets.

These fun installations are being done by Snow Deep Designs artist Lori Hunter and Ava Hunter, funded by LOR Foundation and approved by the City of Lander.

Tourists and locals alike will have fun spotting the 6 Lander Lou and Unicorn characters painted throughout downtown (Main Street between 1st & 4th Streets). There are 6 of each character and they are labeled 1 of 6, 2 of 6, etc., with each being a different color.

Lori Hunter and Dannine Donaho of Snow Deep Designs partnered with LOR to create Renegade Spark with the idea of making Downtown Lander a more vibrant, fun place to be for both locals and tourists.

ICYMI: The two photo stand-in pieces located in Lander’s Centennial Park are also part of Renegade Spark. Click here to learn more!
