What’s Happening this weekend: Superhero 5k, good food and more

RIVERTON – Superhero 5K run for Heidi Powell. Pre-registration starts at 8:30 and the run starts at 9! It’s for Heidi Powell who is now battling cancer, with surgeries that are going to be happening in Denver CO. The run will start at Teton Athletic Club, there will also be work out classes going on during and after the run that people can participate in! It’s all donation based!
RIVERTON – Tough Enough to Eat Spaghetti Dinner starts at 5:30 p.m. in the Fremont Room at CWC. The CWC Student Nurses Association invites the community to come out, eat spaghetti and support Help for Health Hospice at the same time. $8 adults and $5 for children and CWC students.
RIVERTON – Triton Tough Cookie Jar Auction happening Saturday, March 25 at 5 p.m. at the Fremont County Fairgrounds. Sloppy Joe Dinner at 5:30 and Auction at 6:00. Buy or decorate a cookie jar and fill with yummy cookies- then let bidding wars begin ! Any questions contact 307-840-5347 for more information. Triton was diagnosed with Cancer 8 months ago. He and his mother, Jessica Dorothy Fritz, have been traveling to and in loving in salt lake while Triton undergoes radiation and chemo treatments. Triton has been a tough cookie as he has fought back against cancer. Help him in his fight!
LANDER – Craft fair: Many unique crafted items and a few representatives to choose from. A great place to find a little bit of everything. From 9-3 at the Lander Community and Convention Center.

RIVERTON – Local Girl Scouts will be holding a booth sale in front of Walmart from 12:30-6 p.m. The proceeds will go to fund a camping trip for the girls.
