(Casper, Wyo.) – Wanda J. SittingEagle, 45, of Casper, WY died at the Wyoming Medical Center on Tuesday, July 28, 2015. A rosary and wake will be on Friday, July 31, 2015, at 7:00 pm at Great Plains Hall. A funeral mass will be held on Saturday, August 1, 2015, at 10:00 am at St. Stephen’s Catholic Church with Father Phil Wagner officiating. Burial will be at the Arapaho Catholic Cemetery.

Sophia Stagner

(St. Stephens, Wyo.) – Sophia Stagner age 54 passed away Tuesday, July 28, 2015 at Sage West Hospital in Riverton.  She was born June 12, 1961 in Thermopolis, WY the daughter of the late Tyrone and Carol Rose Stagner.

George Alfred Avery

(Lander, Wyo.) – Lander area native, George Alfred Avery, died Thursday, July 23, 2015 at Help for Health Hospice Home in Riverton. He was 90 years old. Cremation has taken place. Memorial services will be held Saturday, August 1st at 11:00 a.m., at the Museum of the American West in Lander with a meal to follow.

Kathleen (Sindt) Blackwelder

(Lander, Wyo.) – Kathleen (Sindt) Blackwelder, 72, won her place in Heaven on July 10, 2015 after a journey with cancer that only Kathy could have made into a journey of joy. Her final days in Grants Pass, Ore., were filled with visiting friends and family from all over the country, and quiet loving moments with her kids and grandkids.

Levina Dorothy Gambler

(Arapahoe, Wyo.) – Levina Dorothy Gambler, 79, of Arapahoe, died at her daughter’s home on Thursday, July 23, 2015. A rosary will be held on Sunday, July 26, 2015, at the Arapahoe School Gym at 7;00 pm, with the wake to follow at 1284 17 Mile Road. The funeral service will be on Monday, July 27, 2015, at St. Stephen’s Catholic Church at 10:00 am with Father Phil Wagner officiating. Burial will follow at YellowCalf Cemetery.

Mary Alice Doney-Redman

(Ethete, Wyo.) – Mary Alice Doney-Redman passed away peacefully at her home in Ethete, Wyoming on July 20, 2015. She was born to Rose Shyface-Doney and Tom Doney in Wolf Point, Montana on December 11, 1942. She married Alfred Redman, Sr. on November 8, 1965.

Ruth (Wampler, Hawks) Bloomquist

(Riverton, Wyo.) – Graveside services for Irene Ruth (Wampler Hawks) Bloomquist, 95, will be held 3:00 p.m., Friday, July 24, 2015 at Mountain View Cemetery with Pastor Echo Klaproth officiating. Her life stories will be shared at her favorite restaurant, Svilars in Hudson, Wyoming 6:00 p.m. Friday.

Philip Karl Beckwith

(Riverton, Wyo.) – A Memorial Service for Philip Karl Beckwith, will be held 10:00 a.m., Friday, July 24, 2015 at Davis Funeral Home with Father Demetrio Penascoza of St. Margaret’s Catholic Church officiating. Interment will follow at Mountain View Cemetery with Military Rites.
