Lander teen in serious condition after allegedly being hit by intoxicated driver

(Hudson, Wyo.) – A 19-year-old Lander woman received serious injuries after being pinned between two trucks at an underage drinking party northeast of Hudson late Saturday night, Fremont County Undersheriff Ryan Lee reports. As a result of the incident, 20-year-old Lander man was arrested for Driving While under the Influence of Alcohol as a Youthful Offender.

Riverton man leads deputies on vehicle pursuit

(Riverton, Wyo.) – 30-year-old Michael Keele of Riverton was arrested on multiple charges Saturday afternoon. Keele was apprehended after a vehicle pursuit, which began in Riverton city limits and ended on Rabbit Lane west of town. Keele was wanted on an outstanding County warrant for probation revocation concerning a previous conviction for possession of a controlled substance. Keele was spotted driving by a Deputy Sheriff at which time the Deputy attempted to stop Keele. Keele chose not to stop and accelerated his vehicle, attempting to elude the Deputy. The Deputy pursued Keele from North Riverton, into town and then west to 8 Mile Road and eventually Rabbit Lane. There were no injuries or property damage sustained as a result of the pursuit.
