(Lander, Wyo.) – The Lander City Council on Tuesday evening came close to finalizing a new name for the nearly completed community center.
(Lander, Wyo.) – The Lander City Council this evening will vote on whether to allow Sehnert Systems Inc. an additional two weeks to complete the construction of the Lander Community Center. The company is requesting an additional 14 days due to weather delays.
(Lander, Wyo.) – It might have been a little chilly yesterday, and there might have been some unforeseen rain, but that didn’t keep a lot of people from around Fremont County from enjoying the second day of Brewfest. Live music went on and the brews kept flowing.
(Lander, Wyo.) – The Lander City Council was reluctant on Tuesday evening to grant a request from the One Shot Antelope Hunt to waive Lander Community Center booking fees for the club. As currently set, the cost to reserve the entire building for a day is $750 and the club would need it for at least four days in September.
(Lander, Wyo.) – The Lander City Council tonight will vote on booking rates for the soon-to-be-completed Lander Community Center. During last week’s work session the council hashed out the rates, as seen below, and will formally vote on them tonight.
(Lander, Wyo.) – On Friday, Mary Wendel of the United Methodist Women group from Lander’s United Methodist Church presented Mayor Mick Wolfe a check for $2,000 for the Lander Community Center.
(Lander, Wyo.) – Skip and Marge Hornecker on Monday committed $5,000 to the construction of the Lander Community Center construction.
