Delthe McLeod age 60, passed away Tuesday, July 11, 2017, at Wyoming Medical Center in Casper, WY. She was born October 27, 1956, in Lander, WY the daughter of the late Joseph and Rosie McLeod.
Delthe lived most of her life on the Wind River Indian Reservation and also lived in Washington and Denver. She was employed as a forklift operator in Washington. She attended schools at Mill Creek Elementary and Pierre, SD. She enjoyed Native American beading, going to the casino, outings and being with her family and friends.
She is survived by daughters, Chelsie Wagon and Tima Tillman; sons, Harvey, Brandon and Robert McLeod; sister, Gaylene Wagon; brothers, Marvin and Eltin McLeod and three grandchildren, Nessa and Keith McLeod and one other grandson.
She was preceded in death by Virgil and Clinton McLeod; parents, Joseph and Rosie McLeod.
Traditional Indian Funeral Services will be held Saturday, July 15th at 10:00 AM at the family residence, #48 Boulder Flats Spur Lane, with Ray Price officiating. An evening service and wake will be held Friday, July 14th at 6:00 PM at the family residence. Interment will be in the Sacajawea Cemetery.
