(Lander, Wyo.) –  Morris Aagard, of Lander, died in Lander March 27, 2015 in the Westward Heights Care Center. A Funeral Service has been arranged for on Monday, March 30, 2015 at 10:00 am in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints corner of S. 6th and Cascade in Lander. Burial will be later that afternoon 3:00 pm in the Burlington Cemetery, Burlington, Wyoming.

(Arapahoe, Wyo.) – Albert Dodge, Sr., 81, of Arapahoe died at his home on Sunday, March 22, 2015, surrounded by his family. A rosary will be held on Wednesday, March 25, 2015 at Blue Sky Hall at 7:00 pm. A wake will follow at 336 17 Mile Road. The funeral will be 10:00 a.m., Thursday, March 26, 2015, at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church with burial to follow at the Friday Cemetery with military honors.

A rosary will be held on Monday, March 23, 2015 at 7:00 pm at St, Margaret’s Catholic Church. The funeral service will be on Tuesday, March 24, 2015 at 10:00 am at St. Margaret’s Catholic Church. Burial will follow at Mountain View Cemetery.

(Lander, Wyo.) – Viola May Auer, 98, died March 18, 2015 in Thermopolis, Wyoming. A Visitation will be held at 12:30 p.m. – 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, March 24, at the First United Methodist Church located at 262 N. 3rd Street Lander, Wyoming. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, March 24, at the First United Methodist Church. Burial will follow at Mount Hope Cemetery in Lander.

Powiah A. Carpitcher, Sr.

(St. Stephens, Wyo.) – Powiah A. Carpitcher Sr., 40, of Riverton died at the Huntsman Cancer Institute on Thursday, March 12, 2015. A rosary will be held on Wednesday, March 18, 2015, at St. Stephens Catholic Church at 7:00 p.m. with a wake to follow at Great Plains Hall. The funeral service will be on Thursday, March 20, 2015 at St. Stephens Catholic Church at 10:00 am. Burial will follow the Arapaho Catholic Cemetery.

Helen Maulik Bell

(Denver, Colo.) – Helen Maulik Bell, 75 of Denver passed away on November 19, 2014. She was born in Riverton, WY on November 4th, 1939 to Archie and Laura (VanDell) Maulik. She was raised in  the Riverton area on her family’s farm. She graduated from Riverton High School in 1958 as Valedictorian of her class. Graduating from Barnes Business School, she worked as a librarian, special ed tutor, secretary for Humble Oil and the Jeffco School System in Denver, where she retired in 2004.
