For unknown reasons, the 1999 Chevrolet Tahoe Bradley Anderson was driving northbound was steered into the the southbound lane of travel. A southbound 2003 Dodge Ram truck driven by 47 year old Rhonda K. Herren of Burns, Wyoming attempted to avoid a collission with Bradley Anderson by steering sharply to the right. This maneuver was not successful, and Anderson’s Tahoe crashed into Herren’s Dodge in a sideswipe angle collission. The force of the collision forced Herren’s vehicle into the southbound borrow ditch, where it rolled an undetermined number of times. Zoe Herren, a rear passenger in Herren’s vehicle, was not wearing a seatbelt and was totally ejected from the truck. Anderson’s Tahoe also entered the southbound borrow ditch where it rolled an undetermined number of times.
