Rock Springs woman killed in wreck near Farson; Texting and alcohol use being investigated

(Farson, Wyo.) – A single vehicle rollover 13 miles north of Farson, Wyo., resulted in the death of 33-year-old Brandy Lee Logan of Rock Springs, Wyoming. The crash occurred on County Road 118 at mile post 31.20 on July 10 at approximately 5 p.m.

Brandy Logan was traveling south on a dry road when the 2008 Chevrolet pickup she was driving ran off the road to the left. The pickup was over-corrected back on to the roadway, over-corrected a second time and then began to slide back off of the road. The pickup left the roadway again during the slide, tripped and rolled coming to rest back on the wheels.

Brandy Logan was restrained but sustained fatal injuries from the crash. Texting and alcohol use are being investigated as contributing factors in the crash.
