The Position: Assistant Buyer

What you will do in this job:

  • Assist current buyers with data entry, inventory accuracy, merchandising, events, ordering and buying decisions.
  • Receiving & returns
  • Help organize for special events and sales
  • Customer Service

The Position: Sales Floor Manager

Each day you’ll multi-task between people management, event development and retail sales, so you’ll need managerial and leadership experience.

What you will do in this job:

• Continually coach and train team members on product knowledge.
• Enable and inspire team to share passion for our brand in a meaningful way.
• Consistently role model exceptional service for all team members.
• Conduct ongoing recruiting and hiring of exceptional staff.
• Utilize customer feedback to reinforce and improve the quality of service.
• Manage staffing levels and create schedules that support customer service and daily operations within budget.

This position is accountable for execution of sales, service and customer experience. Must be comfortable supervising, delegating, leading, motivating, and coaching a team of 8-13. Lead by example in sales, customer service, appearance etc. Weekend, and evening availability a must.

  • 30% Customer Service (Enhance customer experience), support customer service team and assist with customer interactions/transactions.
  • 30% Human Resources (Attraction, selection, training, scheduling, assessment and rewarding of employees, supporting company culture and ensuring compliance of employee and labor laws)
  • 40% Operations Support (Event, Merchandising, Buying and Inventory)
